Hi, I'm Josip.
The short version: I take products that are already working and make them noticeably better with AI. When there's no product yet, I build the first one. Four of my own are live right now, with real users and real bills to pay, so I know what survives contact with production and what only demos well.
The credentials, since they matter when you're handing someone your roadmap: eight years engineering production systems at a large tech company, Master's in Computer Science. Mostly TypeScript, Go for the services that need it, Python where the AI work lives. Agentic systems are what I'm deepest in right now.
Outside work I read philosophy, cycle and ride motorcycles when the weather permits, and play semi-professional American football on the offensive line. Back on the field since 2022 after a freak injury took me out of the sport.
I take on two or three client projects a year, deliberately. Enough to stay sharp, few enough that yours gets the good hours. If you want your product to be much better with AI six weeks from now, the contact link works.
